Terms of Service (TOS) for Turffles' VRChat Creations on Gumroad

By purchasing or using assets from Turffles' VRChat Creations on Gumroad, you are agreeing to the following terms:

No Reselling of Asset: You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the asset as your own original work or creation.

Digital-Only Product: This product is exclusively digital. There are no physical components or versions available for this product.

No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be issued after a purchase has been completed.

Personal Modification Allowed: You are permitted to modify, re-texture, and customize the clothes contained in the asset for your personal use. However, any public distribution, sale, or other commercial use of modified versions of the assets without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

Commissions: You may take commissions to re-texture, customize, or edit the clothes only if both you and the client have purchased the pack from Turffles' VRChat Creations on Gumroad.

Public Upload with Credit: You are allowed to upload an avatar containing these clothes to public platforms, provided you give appropriate credit to Turffles' VRChat Creations.

Credit Requirement: Whenever you post commissions, images, edits, or any derivative work of the assets on social media or any other platform, you must always credit Turffles' VRChat Creations.

Changes to TOS: Turffles' VRChat Creations reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Your continued use of the assets after changes to the TOS signifies your acceptance of the changes.
